Made by Jam Studios ("Made by Jam," "we," or "us") uses the information you choose to provide through our inquiry form to respond to you, discuss availability and services, prepare proposals, and maintain records of our correspondence.

Information you provide

Our inquiry form collects your first and last name, email address, budget, and the details you provide about your vision. You may also provide an event date, location or venue, and how you heard about us. Please do not include payment-card details, government identification numbers, health information, or other sensitive personal information.

Form processing

When you submit the form, your browser sends the information directly to Formspree, the service that processes our inquiries. Formspree stores submissions in its inbox and sends email notifications to us. Formspree may also process technical information such as your IP address, browser type, access time, domain, and referring page for security, fraud prevention, service operation, and general statistics. Copies of submissions and later correspondence may also remain in our business email account.

Formspree says its services are hosted through Amazon Web Services in the United States and describes safeguards for data sent to and stored by its service. Read Formspree's Privacy Policy and security information.

Cookies and analytics

As of the date above, our website does not run visitor analytics or advertising pixels, and Made by Jam's site code does not set first-party cookies or use browser storage. Our eventual hosting provider may process routine request logs needed to deliver and secure the website. Third-party services may process information when you submit the form, play a film, or follow an external link.

If we add analytics, advertising, or other non-essential tracking later, we will update this notice and provide consent controls where required before activating it.

YouTube films

Film preview images are served from our website. Merely opening the film page does not connect your browser to YouTube. If you press Play, we load the film from YouTube using its Privacy-Enhanced Mode at youtube-nocookie.com. This does not prevent all data processing. Once you press Play, Google may receive technical information and may use cookies or similar technologies under its policies. Read YouTube's embedding guidance and Google's partner-site explanation.

Instagram and external links

Our Instagram preview images are served from our website. We do not embed an Instagram feed or tracking pixel. Instagram is contacted only if you choose to follow one of our Instagram links. Once you leave this website, the destination's privacy practices apply.

Retention and your choices

We retain inquiry information only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, manage a potential or booked relationship, maintain appropriate business records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. Formspree also applies the retention practices described in its privacy policy.
